The student is required to explain an answer, respond as if they were in the story, or state what they think the character(s) should do. The second form is analysis of information and events in the story. This is your �Who, What, Where, When, Why and How� question. The first is basic comprehension directly from the story. They range from grammar to word usage to prefixes and suffixes. Each novel study has two different activities that are not repeated in any other Goosebumps novel study. The second approach to vocabulary has two activities. Many of the words have multiple definitions so the students can choose the one they are most comfortable with. The student will use the definitions of each word to create sentences.

Maybe the family should have listened to her bad feeling. Right from the beginning Lizzy had a bad feeling.
The Morris family and a friend of the kids get lost on the way to Zoo Gardens Theme Park and end up at Horrorland Amusement Park. I am curious to see if this book is typical of others in the series and may very well read another title in the future.Story Synopsis: Have you ever ridden an amusement park ride that you thought almost �scared you to death�? Imagine an entire amusement park with that one purpose. This particular book from the Goosebumps series was apparently so popular that it spawned its own spin-off series as well as a video game. This is perfect for allowing young readers to enjoy the spine-tingling fear without actually coming away being terrified. The book ends in a way that is arguably "happily ever after" but without negating all the supernatural/evil that has come before. Almost every chapter ends with a "hook" of something scary happening, which is then resolved with a simple enough answer by the next chapter. That being said, I can definitely see the appeal for kids - the language isn't terribly difficult and the story is told in a fairly straightforward manner.
Obviously, as an adult who still isn't a fan of horror, I am not the target audience for this book. Show More popular Goosebumps series, which is not particularly surprising given that I was not a huge fan of the horror genre.
